Over the last few years, Normal Studio has grown significantly to over 30 employees. This expansion has allowed the business to develop new expertise and carry out a wide variety of impressive projects.
Normal Studio now wanted to update its website to reflect this new business reality and upgrade their digital platform.

To meet the needs established in the Normal’s mandate study, the Mill3 team proposed a discovery and in-depth analysis step. In addition to identifying and understanding the various personas of the studio, user paths were created for the new platform.
We then defined a list of objectives for each page developed in wireframe and specified their various KPIs.

Normal’s marketing team wanted to migrate the Django platform to a WordPress environment to simplify data entry, benefit from current SEO tools and simplify site updates. To meet the specific needs of Normal, MILL3 developed a custom WordPress theme that offers great flexibility in the construction of templates, specifically for its project pages.
